Are you a Twihard? I sheepishly admit that I am a 35 year old mom, wife…. and Twihard. I didn’t start out as a FANatic right away. In fact, I didn’t even know what Twilight was when CafePress.com first announced the opportunity for Shop owners to create Twilight-inspired designs to sell. As with any design project I take on, my first step is research. So off to the book store I went. I originally just purchased the first book. I figured that would give me enough information to create a few designs. After the first chapter, I was hooked. I breezed through the 544 pages of Twilight in 2 days… then rushed to the book store to buy the rest of the series. I read them back to back in about a week. Needless to say, my house, kids and husband were ignored and neglected. I was transported into a rainy little town in Washington…. and I was a teenager again. What a thrilling, exhilarating ride! As usual in a hectic house, most of my reading was done in the only room a mother gets any privacy… the bathroom. So naturally, that was where I left the books. My husband, lacking other suitable reading, picked the first one up one day. In those few minutes of solitude, he was hooked as well! And he is not even a “reader”. He read the series almost as quickly as I did. There is just something about those books!

Needless to say, I was inspired to create several Twilight designs for my Cafepress.com shop… just in time for the first movie to hit the theaters.
