Q: What size are your templates?

A: We design for a variety of styles and preferences. Choose the width and design that best suits your needs. If you need the dimensions of a specific template, please e-mail us and be sure to include the title of the template.

Q: Do you test your templates?

A: Extensively. All our templates use valid XHTML and CSS. All our sidebars are widget ready.

Q: Can you build me a custom template or modify the .php and .css files that are included with your Themes?

A: Sorry, not at this time but we are working toward this goal in the future.

Q: Are you still creating additional templates to sell?

A: Yes, we are always looking for new ideas. Please send us your ideas via our Contact Us form.

Q: I purchased one of your templates and would like a refund. Can you send me the refund?

A: These are digital products so I’m afraid we are not able to offer a refund. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please check out the full-size template sample by clicking on the thumbnail image. Also, please ask questions before you purchase to ensure you have made an informed purchase.

Q: Can I sell your templates?

A: NO. We are granting you a non-exclusive opportunity to use our templates on as many of your own blogs/websites as you wish. For your personal or own business use. If you wish to purchase our templates with Resale Rights, please contact us directly in order to work out an agreement.

Q: Can you give me a discount?

A: Given our price point, please don’t ask because the answer is no. If you are a genuine 501-c and that means a non-profit which we think is worthwhile, please contact us to request consideration. We always require a copy of your 501-c certification so please insure that you have it or your request will be declined.

Q: Are your templates branded with your name and or link?

A: Yes, we include our name, Bubble Gum Designs, as a link at the bottom of the template in small print. If you would like to have your template customized without our information, we may be able to accommodate that request for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for more information.

Q: Do you offer Support?

A: We do not currently offer technical support for our templates. However, if you have questions, we would be more than happy to try to help you out if possible.

Q: Why should I pay for your Templates?

A: We offer professional Graphic Design experience (see our portfolio and resume) and knowledge in our designs to provide a professional appearance to your blog site.  Our templates are designed as a problem free and turn key quick install. We already did the hard part and that’s providing you with an attractive and unique “look”. More importantly, our templates are driven by usability and function.

Q: Who handles your Shopping Cart payments and can I trust them?
